Coins can be bought, but they never have to be: every account gets a free coin refill daily. Coins have no cash value and can never be cashed out — tables play for pride, not money.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If the balance still looks wrong, email us with the approximate time of purchase and we'll make it right.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or the Subscriptions section of your device's App Store settings. Cancelling keeps Jade active until the end of the paid period.
Long-press their seat at the table (or tap ⋯ next to their name in a friend-room lobby) to block or report them. Blocked players are never matched with you again.
Rejoin within a minute and your seat is waiting. In matched games an AI holds your seat in the meantime; in friend rooms the table pauses for you.
Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deletion is immediate, complete, and cannot be undone.
